Return Policy – PREFAB HUB

At PREFAB HUB, we take pride in the quality of our prefabricated products. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Eligible Items: Only unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items in their original condition are eligible for return.
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
- Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-cut or made-to-order items (e.g. customized fences, gates, or wall panels)
- Installed or altered products
- Sample kits
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

- Approval Required: All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Location: Approved items must be brought back to our warehouse at:
2510 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA - Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in resalable condition.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges within the 7-day return period for eligible items, subject to availability. Any price differences must be paid or will be refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
