At PREFAB HUB, we offer flexible shipping and pickup options for our customers throughout the United States. Please review our shipping policy below for important information on how to receive your order.
Shipping Options
We offer two options for receiving your items:
1. Local Pickup (Free)
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our warehouse:

🕒 Pickup Hours:
- Mon–Thu: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Fri: 8 AM – 2 PM
- Sun: 10 AM – 2 PM
We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S. Only)
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping within the United States is available, but must be arranged by phone.
- Due to the nature and size of our products (e.g. panels, gates, fences), shipping quotes vary and are based on size, weight, and delivery location.
- To arrange shipping, please call us at 213-727-2482.
We'll help coordinate the best shipping method for your order.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
- We will provide an estimated delivery window once shipping is arranged.
Shipping Responsibility
- Once items leave our warehouse and are in transit, PREFAB HUB is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
- We recommend inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival. If damage occurs during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
